Policies
No extra guests allowed inside the suite unless they are a client being serviced.
Salon suite is small and intimate. There is a waiting area for additional guests to wait outside of the suite.
Deposits:
All appointments require a non-refundable $15-50 deposit in order to secure appointment.
All classes require a non-refundable $150-500 deposit required to secure class seat.
Deposits help prevent last-minute cancellations and no-shows and ensure that the time reserved for you is protected. Your deposit is applied toward your remaining balance.
Late fees:
There is a 10-minute grace period
15 Minutes late = $25 Late fee
at 20 Minutes late you will need to reschedule and have to pay another deposit that will go toward your appointment.

*Same day cancellation fee: 50% of remainder service balance will be due.

*Same day Rescheduling fee: your previous deposit will be forfeit and a new $50 non-refundable Deposit that will go toward service total will be due.

*No shows will be charged 50% of service total and banned to book brows by lex for services in the future.

Rescheduling needs to be done 48 hours before appointment: You mAY RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT ONCE. aFTER YOUR FIRST RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, HALF OF YOUR APPOINTMENT TOTAL WILL BE REQUIRED TO BOOK FOR FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.

*Note for all tattoo bundle deals: You don't have to receive all tattoos in one session. FULL payment for all tattoo bundles at your session is due!
